All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
Defective or damaged items
If your order arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at (408) 905-9440 with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the claim is verified, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
Wrong item received
If you received the wrong item, reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right with a replacement.
Not eligible for replacement
- Change of mind
- Wrong size ordered (please review our size guide before purchasing)
- Items damaged from wear, washing, or improper care
- Claims made after the 7-day window
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund only if the request is made before the order enters processing. Once processing begins, the sale is final.
