Processing time
All orders are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your item ships. Processing times may be longer during sales, holidays, or product launches.
Shipping times
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic (US): 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier delays.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.
Incorrect addresses
It's your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you'll be responsible for reshipment costs.
Lost or stolen packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Customs & international orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by their country. These are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.
